Recently, IdeaOne has been made aware of fraudulent calls our telephone customers have been receiving. The caller asks if the customer will accept charges from someone who is trying to place a call. The caller has been using names that would be familiar to the customer, such as a neighbor or relative. These deceptive calls are not only affecting IdeaOne customers but are happening statewide. If you receive a call similar to this, DO NOT accept the charges.
