In Netscape 6.2, click the Tasks menu.
2. Click the Mail & Newsgroups option. The Account Wizard will
usually activate automatically. If it does not,

3. Click the Edit option in the Mail window.
4. Click Mail/Newsgroups Account Settings from the Edit Menu. If
the Account Wizard does not start, go to step 5. If it does, go to
step 6.

on New Account

For the type of account, select ISP or email provider
7. Click Next
8. Type Your Name as you want it to appear on messages you send to
others. (example: John Smith)
9. Type your Email Address: userid@domainname.com (“userid” is
your Ideaone login name) For example: johnsmith@domainname.com.
10. Click Next

11. For Server type, make sure that POP
Mail Server is selected.
12. For incoming mail type: mail.domainname.com
13. For outgoing (SMTP) server type: smtp.domainname.com
14. Click Next.

Type your Email Address in the User Name field.
16. Click Next.

Type the Account Name for your account (you can accept the name offered
if you wish)
18. Click Next.

Click Finish to save all settings. |
