1. In Netscape Navigator click on the Options Menu.

2. Click on the Mail and News Preferences option.

3. Click on the Servers tab in the preferences window.

4. Enter smtp.<domainname> (lower case, no spaces) for the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server.

5. Enter mail.<domainname> (lower case, no spaces) for the Incoming Mail (POP3) Server.

6. Enter your email address as userid@<domainname> (lower case, no spaces) for the POP3 UserName. For example, johndoe@itgdata.net

7. Enter news.ideaone.net (lower case, no spaces) for the News (NNTP) Server.

8. Click on the Identity tab in the preferences window.

9. Enter your name (ex. John Doe) in the Your Name field.

10. Enter your email address (lower case, no spaces) in the Your Email field.

11. Enter your Reply-to Address (usually your email address).

12. Click OK to close the preferences window.
