1) Both Admin and Users can log in via http://webmail.ideaone.net. Username for the login is always the user’s full email address. Admin login is typically admin@domainname.com |

b. To create a new account, click the Add Email Account button. This will display information such as Create Date, Disk Space & Usage as well as Status for each email account. |

c. The username for all accounts should be the user’s full email address. The alias determines what email address a user will receive mail for and will need to be entered and the box checked. |

3) To log in as a user to check their email, spam or other settings click the Login button next to their username. |

4) The first time logging in to a user account will display the welcome message and links to user settings. To view or edit Spam settings click one of the Anti-Spam links. |

b. You have the ability to change Anti-Spam setting, Validation Messages as well as Whitelists & Blacklists. |

c. From Spam Settings you can Enable or Disable spam and virus filtering. You can also adjust the sensitivity of the spam filters. Please note that using the DISCARD option will result in messages being permanently deleted – it is not possible to track nor recover discarded messages. |
